PRICE LIST

The prices found  on www.mhlsolutions.com.au exclude GST and are calculated in AUD ($). Whilst MHL Solutions strive to keep prices unchanged, they are subject to alteration without notice. We reserve the right to charge for goods at the price ruling at the time of dispatch.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SPECIFICATION

Whenever possible, orders will be dispatched next day (if in stock) although completion will be subject to availability. MHL Solutions have taken  care to describe items correctly. Measurements are provided for guidance only and may vary from that shown. No responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions, we reserve the right to withdraw or alter specifications where necessary and without notice. All products are of good commercial quality. Any error is unintentional and will be corrected if so advised.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed using our online ordering system or e-mail. Full payment is required with all orders plus the advised postage costs.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

The cancellation of any order if not dispatched within 2 working days will not incur a penalty. After this the order will be subject to a 20% administration charge. Defective items will be replaced free of charge. Defective items must be reported immediately after defect is observed.

SPECIAL OFFERS

MHL Solutions may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

PAYMENT

Payment can be paid by Credit Card using our online ordering system. A receipt of payment will be sent with your goods. A fully detailed invoice can be provided on request. Business Credit Account facilities may be provided subject to prior approval. Please CONTACT US for details.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY

Postage is currently available throughout Australia; the cost is automatically calculated by our online ordering system. Weight, size and your location are all taken into consideration in working out this figure.
